The Weekend Sun Column

Anticipating the challenge that would face voters this election – on July 15, I started a weekly column in the Weekend Sun. The columns were designed to provide some balance for voters – and some insight into issues that for whatever reason had not caught the media's attention.

Below, in chronological order are my columns. Please enjoy, share if you wish, and, of course, feel free to contact me to discuss their contents.

Weekend Sun Advertisements

I wanted to be sure that, if elected, I had a mandate to argue for financial sustainability. To do this, I wanted to make sure that as many people in the community as practically possible would get a chance to understand what I was standing for.

I decided to use the Weekend Sun, as a free community newspaper with a circulation that covered the entire electorate, to do this via three large advertisements. In these, I could provide a greater level of information than was possible via other channels.

Below, in chronological order are my advertisements. Please enjoy, share if you wish, and, of course, feel free to contact me to discuss their contents.
